Our Vision

God’s heart is for all people in all nations to know Him and be in relationship with Him through Jesus Christ. As we learn more about God’s heart, we desire to glorify God with our lives, like Christ, as we grow in obedience to make His salvation known throughout the world.  We will do this through meeting the needs of the poor and destitute, acts of love and compassion, and proclaiming the gospel locally and globally. And your gifts have made this a reality!

Our Vision

Christ announced His ministry by proclaiming His heart to bring good news to the poor, liberty to the blind, sight to the captives, and the Lord’s favor. This call to serve the poor is made clearer by many of His teachings, the way He lived His life among the poor, and the way His disciples and church lived out these commands. Our vision is that H2O Church would build real, gospel-centered relationships with the poor, needy, and ostracized – visiting, praying, and meeting their needs on a weekly basis. We want to see the people of our church expand their view of our campus, our city, Christ’s heart, and the life of a devoted disciple. And your giving has helped us in accomplishing this vision!

Our Partnerships

bridgeThe Bridge Community Center partners with those among us who most need help – the refugee and the homeless – in ways that foster healing, dignity, community, and peace. In their community center they provide tutoring, GED classes, and hot meals. We help them by being weekly tutors, doing building projects and we provided $11,000 to repair their building so they could continue to provide services in Jesus’ name

lindenThe Miracle Garden is a community garden in the North Linden area of Columbus. They provide a place for the community to come together and food for the poor in Jesus’ name. We help by serving with them once a month and we have provided paint and other materials to fix and maintain the garden.

stowemissionStowe Mission helps the inner-city physically, emotionally, and spiritually through providing meals, outreach events in their community and by providing vision, dental, and legal clinics – all in the name of Jesus. We help by serving with them once a month and by providing monthly giving so they can continue their critical work of bringing the gospel to the south side of Columbus.
